eaus.com.au (Online Eaus Marketing) is not responsible for any damages arising from the clients use of eaus.com.au or by the clients inability to use the web hosting services for any reason.
While eaus.com.au shall make every reasonable effort to protect data stored on clients server(s), eaus.com.au is not responsible for clients data, files or directories residing on eaus.com.au equipment. The client is solely responsible for maintaining data structure backups.
The client agrees to an annual hosting payment of their web page which needs to be renewed to continue to obtain the hosting annually. The web page includes a total of 1000kb storage space. The client receives full access to make changes to the web page at any point of time during the annual hosting period.
Each eaus web page or advertising button subscription runs for a one year period and needs to be renewed prior to expiry date.
An eaus web page owner may not create tags (search words) that do not relate to their product or service. This is to protect the reads of being misinformed.
An eaus web page owner may not include any text, images or attachments that contain sexual references. This is to protect our many underage users and persons using the website for business resources at a place of business.
